Processing Time

Since our products are handmade, please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order (unless otherwise stated for custom designs). We want to ensure every petal is perfect before it leaves our studio.

Shipping Rates

We’ve kept our shipping simple and affordable, reflecting the lightweight nature of our crochet art:

• Standard Shipping: $4.99 (Perfect for our Traveling Blooms and smaller Potted Plants).

• FREE Shipping: On all orders over $50. A little thank you from us for bringing a larger piece of our garden into your home.

Cut-off Time

To get your blooms on the road as fast as possible, our daily cut-off time is 2 PM (Monday - Saturday).

• Orders placed before 2 PM will begin their journey of being prepared and packed the same day.

• Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays will be processed starting the next business day.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your blooms' journey from our hooks to your doorstep!

International Shipping

Currently, we are focusing on spreading joy within the United States. We hope to expand our garden to international friends in the near future!

Our Commitment to You

At Everbloom Studio, we put a lot of soul into every single stitch. Our biggest hope is that you’ll fall in love with your handmade blooms the second they arrive. But, we also know life happens. If for some reason you aren’t feeling that "spark" with your purchase, we’ve tried our best to make the return process as straightforward and fair as we can.

30 Days to Decide

We want you to feel good about your choice, so we offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your package lands on your doorstep. All we ask is that the flowers stay in their original, "like-new" condition and tucked inside the same packaging they came in.

No Hidden Fees

We aren't fans of extra charges. You won’t find any "restocking fees" here—we don't think it’s fair to charge you just for us to put an item back on the shelf.

Return Shipping

When it comes to the cost of shipping things back, we look at it this way:

• If the mistake is ours: If your blooms arrive damaged from their journey or if we sent out the wrong bouquet by mistake, we’ll own that. We will cover the return shipping costs and get it fixed for you immediately.

• If you've had a change of heart: If you decided on a different color or simply changed your mind, we kindly ask that you take care of the shipping costs to get the item back to our studio.

Getting Your Money Back

Once your return arrives and we have a chance to check it in, we’ll shoot you an email to let you know it’s safe. From there, we’ll get your refund processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Just a heads up—banks can sometimes be a little slow, so it might take a few extra days to show up on your statement.

A Quick Note on Custom Blooms

Since custom orders are made specifically for you (and often involve unique colors or designs), we can’t accept returns on these unless they happen to arrive damaged.
